Rwanda Scholarships FOR PRIMARY AND SECONDARY SCHOOL STUDENTS
Ambassadors Girls’ Scholarship Program (AGSP)
- Educationalists (FAWE) Rwanda is an NGO bringing together African women, Ministers of Education, officials in charge of Education, and other decision makers in matters of education. 1640 girls in the all the districts of Rwanda.
- Amajyambere Iwacu Action (AIA) is a faith-based group affiliated with the Nyamasheke Parish in Cynangugu. AIA targets socially disadvantaged peoples in Rwanda, focusing especially in working with the Batwa communities. 321 girls in the all the Cynangugu region in south-western Rwanda. 313 girls are primary and 8 girls are secondary (purple star on map).
- The Rwandan Orphans Project is a small charity that runs the Imizi Children’s Center, which is a transition center for street children, a free primary school for local children from poor families, a program that supports vocational training for young men and a community center that provides social support to struggling families. We are located in Rwanda’s Eastern Province, approximately one hour from Kigali, the country’s capital.

Great Lakes of Africa Scholarship
- Through the generosity of Chairman of the Board of Trustees Samuel Hamil Jr., College of the Atlantic is pleased to offer the Great Lakes of Africa Scholarship. This scholarship provides an exemplary and promising student from the Great Lakes Region of Africa with the full financial assistance needed to attend COA. Tuition, room, board, books and health insurance are all covered by the Great Lakes of Africa Scholarship. In addition, there is funding for the student to return home each summer.
- This university is located in Toronto, Canada and provides excellent scholarship opportunities for international students. Follow the link above to see the different options. The best option for the international student is the “International Entrance Scholarship”, which gives the recipient $35,000 per year for 4 years.
- In order to qualify, you must have outstanding academic performance, have shown your leadership potential in different roles and submit various letters of recommendation. Australian Development Scholarship Program (ADS)

- Under the Belgian political development cooperation, the Minister of Development Cooperation and the Directorate General for Development Cooperation (DGIS) grant annually a small number of scholarships training postgraduate and doctoral mixed s ‘Specifically address the resource persons in developing countries. The identification of beneficiaries of this scholarship program is entrusted to the Attaché Cooperation near the Belgian Embassy in Kigali.

- The objective of the scholarship program is to promote democratic, economic and social development through supporting know-how and transfer of knowledge to advanced students within areas in which Sweden is at the forefront of academic research.
New Zealand Development Scholarships
- New Zealand Development Scholarships give students from targeted countries the opportunity to pursue development-related studies.
- Recipients of this scholarship receive a full tuition scholarship, an air ticket for travel at the beginning and end of the scholarship, a fortnightly living allowance and an establishment allowance.
- Studies are undertaken either at universities in New Zealand, or participating Pacific Universities.
- Partners of students are eligible for a work visa that allows them to live and work in New Zealand for the duration of the course.

I have a diploma (A1) in Animal Health management corresponding to tree years of universty studies obtained from the High Institute of Agriculture and Animal Husbundry in 2008 and have been working with international NGOs like East african daily development project in the framework of improving the quality of milk .this project is financially supported by Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation.A masters in Animal health management or in veternary medecine would put me in a better position to assist my fellow Rwandans and other people as regards the improvement of life of our animals in the planet ,but i am not capable of sponsoring myself.
