Room to Grow Girls’ Scholarship

In the Challenge Grant Model we select regions in which we want to operate, areas where we have built schools or established libraries and thus know the local authorities. Each applicant and her family complete a simple written application and have a personal interview.

FOR UNDERGRADUATE STUDENTS

Scholarship is available to students who are current citizens of Nepal. Primary preference in awarding the scholarship shall be given to those candidates who agree to become a public servant in Nepal for at least five years following graduation. Other requirements include a 3.5 GPA, a minimum TOEFL score of 550 or other language competency satisfactory to the University, and all preparatory work completed in Nepal.

EXPERTS

is a scholarship project targeted to citizens of Bangladesh, Bhutan, China, India, Indonesia, Nepal, Pakistan, the Philippines, Sri Lanka and Thailand.
In accordance with the EMA2 call, the objective of the EXPERTS project is to facilitate collaborations between Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) from South and Southeast Asia (SSEA) and EU through the exchange of information in science and policy issues while sharing key issues of sustainable development in academic cooperation.

The objective of the scholarship program is to promote democratic, economic and social development through supporting know-how and transfer of knowledge to advanced students within areas in which Sweden is at the forefront of academic research.
