Scholarship Overview
- The Ford Foundation International Fellowships Program (IFP) provides opportunities for advanced study to individuals who will use this education to become leaders in their respective fields.
- To ensure that fellows are drawn from diverse backgrounds, IFP actively seeks candidates from social groups and communities that lack systematic access to higher education, and supports them through local partner organizations in 22 countries.
- Established in 2001, the International Fellowships Program is entering its concluding phase. The final cohort has been selected, and the program will conclude in 2013. Fellows represent historically disadvantaged groups from outside the United States. IFP has identified nearly 4,350 emerging leaders. More than 80 percent have completed their studies and are now at home serving their communities.

Dear Sir,
I would like to get a grant/fellowship or any finantial support / loan for my phd study program. I have completed my master degree in USM university / Penang/Malaysia-2010. My study program-mode was mixed-mode (courses + dissertation). My dissertation was about how to design, simulate, and fabricate a simple wideband multisection uniform microstrip coupled line coupler for AGC apllication in RF/microwave systems. The simulation was done by using the ADS (Advanced Design System). Now, I would like to do my phd in the same field (couplers) or any other distributed structures in the field of microwave engineering such as filters, mixers, amplifiers. Also, I have interesting in the field of power electronics.
Do you have any projects and accept phd students as assistants.
Is there any possibility to get grant or fellowship/scolarship/study loan ??
Some of my documents will be attached if you wish.
My Regards
