FOR UNDERGRADUATE STUDENTS

Georgia College

• welcomes international students and the diverse backgrounds they bring to our campus, and encourages all students to study abroad.\
• We assist international students through the admissions process, as well as provide information and counseling to the more than 100 enrolled international students from 50 countries on non-immigrant student visa regulations and processes, medical insurance, housing, financial and work issues, adjustment to life in the U.S. and academic concerns.
• These scholarships are awarded as either a full out-of-state tuition waiver or a half out-of-state tuition waiver, and are awarded on the basis of demonstrated academic ability, evidence of extra-curricular involvement and financial need.

Western Australian Department of Education (DoE)

• offers a number of scholarships for international students. Some of these scholarships provide the full tuition fee for either the WAUFP or the WACE Program.
• In addition, the DoE offers a number of partial scholarships for international students to undertake the WAUFP or WACE Program at Tuart College.

York University

• International Scholarship Program for Africa (4). VALUE: $100,000 ($25,000 x 4 years). Must be citizen of an African country. To renew — maintain high academic standing (7.8 on a 9-point York scale) in each academic year at York.

EXPERTS

• is a scholarship project targeted to citizens of Bangladesh, Bhutan, China, India, Indonesia, Nepal, Pakistan, the Philippines, Sri Lanka and Thailand.
• In accordance with the EMA2 call, the objective of the EXPERTS project is to facilitate collaborations between Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) from South and Southeast Asia (SSEA) and EU through the exchange of information in science and policy issues while sharing key issues of sustainable development in academic cooperation.

Ford Foundation International Fellowships Program

• provides opportunities for advanced study to individuals who will use this education to become leaders in their respective fields.  To ensure that fellows are drawn from diverse backgrounds, IFP actively seeks candidates from social groups and communities that lack systematic access to higher education, and supports them through local partner organizations in 22 countries.  A growing number of IFP fellows have completed their studies and returned to their home countries, where they are forming alumni associations and networks, building a vibrant community both within and across national borders.

Guest Scholarship Program for Master’s level studies in Sweden

• The objective of the scholarship program is to promote democratic, economic and social development through supporting know-how and transfer of knowledge to advanced students within areas in which Sweden is at the forefront of academic research.

Mexican Government Scholarship Program for Foreign Students

• The scholarships are granted for specialization, master’s, Ph.D., and medical specialization courses as well as for postgraduate-level research, postdoctoral stays, postgraduate mobility programs, artistic creation residences, high-level conferences, residences for Mexicanist researchers, residences for media collaborators, and special chairs for visiting professors.

VLIR-UOS – International Master Programmes

• VLIR-UOS awards scholarships to students from developing countries so that they can follow a master’s or training programme in Belgium. These scholarships cover all related expenses. Every year, VLIR-UOS awards up to 180 scholarships to first-year master’s students and 70 scholarships to training participants.
