Hi, i am a Nigerian and a graduate of High school in Nigeria. For a period of years, i’ve been surfing the internet in search of scholarship, but seems very difficult. In 2010 i came across a UK (Into Higher Manchester) scholarship opportunity on the internet, then i picked interest and started the application which took me 4-5 months for completion because my passport number was required, so i had to look for money to process it which i did, in the process of my application i was communicating with michelle chapman the receptionist (clerk/attendant) through email, but after my application was completed to the best i can, she asked me to visit their office in Nigeria, she mailed their office address, the name of the office occupant and her local/mobile phone number, later on i called her and explained all to her when she was a bit inquisitive of how i got her information, so she told me that the only scholarship at then will cost me N250,000 which is a huge amount of money in Nigeria that i cannot even afford and she was serious, so i went back to the receptionist through email and i observed that her words was not plain and sincere again, i became devastated. In my own thought i presume my fellow Nigerian has said things untrue to the receptionist that made her decline, or the requested money may be mandatory or probably i’m unfit and ineligible but i believe i’m eligible, only if she had welcomed my call and at least requested for my presence at their office. Please if anyone has any scholarship, offer or aid to render, i’ll humbly and gratefully accept it, i intend to study Economics and i’m in dire need of a medium to. I lost my mum three years ago when i was 15 years old, then i was still in High school and a year after i finished. I love education so much equal to my family which was the desire of my mum to see us through before her demise. I appeal to anyone who is humane to kindly help, i’m brilliant, hardworking and honest and i believe i’ll do well if i’m given a trial.
