General Eligibility Criteria:
- Applying for September entry
- Have an excellent academic record (“A” average or equivalent)
- An international student with a Study Permit for Canada
- Applying to the first year of a full-time undergraduate degree program in one of the following Faculties: Liberal Arts & Professional Studies, Environmental Studies, Fine Arts, Glendon, Health, Science & Engineering or Schulich School of Business.
Global Leader of Tomorrow Award
- $60,000 – ($15,000 x 4 years)
- Highest academic average
- Nomination by high school
- Leadership and demonstrated skills
- To renew – must have a high academic standing (7.80 on a 9-point York scale) in each academic year at York
- Deadline: March 1
United World College Scholarship
- $100,000 – ($25,000 x 4 years)
- Enrolled in a United World College and high academic standing
- To renew – maintain a high academic standing (7.80 on a 9-point York scale) in each academic year at York
- York requests that only one candidate be nominated per school
- Deadline: March 1
International Entrance Scholarship
- $100,000 – ($25,000 x 4 years)
- Highest academic average
- Demonstrated leadership skill
- Letters of recommendation
- To renew – maintain a high academic standing (7.80 on a 9-point York scale) in each academic year at York
- Deadline: March 1

Am writing from Nigeria i qualified with a Distinction at Ordinary National Diploma level in Mathematics/Statistics in 2009
i have also applied for a bachelor in Industrial Mathematics/Statistics but i am currently having financial challenges so i request for a scholarship so that i can begin next academic year 2010-2011.

i am a 19 year old boy currently doing maths physics and chemistry at A level.My mother is single and unemployed.She said that she can not pay for my next years university fees since she is struggling to pay fees for my younger sisters.I have 6 As 5 Bs and 1C on my o level.I have As in mathematics,physics,biology,accounts,history and inter science and Bs in English,shona,commerce,geography,bible studies.At A LEVEL mid yaer results i have maths A,PHYSICS B,chemistry Band an A in English and communication skills .The program i would like to study is aeronautics or information and technology ,robotics.
