- The Working to Advance Science and Technology Education for African Women (WAAW) Foundation is an international non-profit organization that seeks to increase the number of African women entering the Science and Technology fields. It empowers African Women to become impactful leaders to benefit Africa through experiential STEM Education.
- This foundation also aims to ensure that these women engage in Technology Entrepreneurship and Innovation to benefit Africa as a whole.
- WAAW aims to increase the number of African women in STEM by 10% by the year 2025 and to build female technology innovators who will in turn create 10,000 jobs to impact their communities.
