    Dear Sir

My name is Fikru Tamiru. I am 23 years old boy. I was graduated in Horticulture with CGPA 3.93 BSc degree on June 28, 2012 from Jimma University, Ethiopia. Now I am doing as technical assistance in Dilla University, Ethiopia. Having say this I would like to tell my interest. I want to learn Civil engineering or Electronics and software engineering at one of developed country, but I cannot assist myself financially and do not have anyone who can assist me to fulfill my dream, therefore; I would like to say you can I assist me or find agency or any other sponsor who can assist me during my lesson that I wish?

Even I do not have computer as well as internet availability to search sufficiently but sometimes Dilla University allow me to use it. This is also the challenge of finance that I have.

    Thanks
    Sincerely Fikru
