Am I Eligible to Apply?
To qualify for this scholarship, you must:
- be a national of a country that receives official development assistance from the Development Assistance Committee (DAC) of the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD);
- have applied for and received an offer for an undergraduate program from the University of Oxford;
- have exceptional academic ability;
- be classified as a fee-paying overseas student;
- be a first-time undergraduate student at the University;
- demonstrate financial need, social commitment, and lack of ability to study for a degree in your home country;
- be intending to return to your home country after your studies.
How do I Apply – Next Steps
- First, apply for an undergraduate course at the University of Oxford through UCAS by 15 October 2024. Your application should be successful.
- Next, apply for the Reach Oxford Scholarship by the 12 February 2025 deadline.
- Selection will take place in March 2025, and results will be announced in April 2025.
Required Documents
- One copy of your offer letter from the college offering you placement at the University of Oxford. (Scanned copies are accepted.)
- Two references from two people who know your academic work, and who you have requested to fill the forms in support of your application. These two people should not be related to you and should be the same referees you have listed on the application form.
