Program Overview
University of East London through MSc NGO and Development Management will:
- Provide skills that will enable you to be an attractive employee for an organization looking for leaders.
- Teach about the different practical methods that are currently being utilized.
- Promote understanding of practical approaches to development in the field
- Promote the main themes that current exist in development and emphasis ways regions can move forward in a world economy.
- Become familiar with the main theories and practices in this area.
- Examine how those that are least development can gain better economic standing.
- Network with smart and motivate students and faculty from around the world.
Are you Eligible?
- STEP # 1 – Apply online for the MSc NGO and Development program. If you are accepted to the program you will receive an admissions offer from the UEL. THEN, after acceptance, you apply for the scholarship.
Other Criteria for Scholarships
- From an Emerging or Developing country. CLICK Here for list of countries that are eligible
- Desire to return home after graduation and implement course learning.
- Demonstrated financial need – yo would be unable to take this course without a scholarship
Scholarship Specifics
- Round Trip Airfare
- Program Tuition Fees
- Monthly Stipend – £450/ month
- Housing – Single Room at International Students House
- Meals: 2 or 3 a day at International Students House
Deadline:
- All applications for the scholarship must be in by Friday 13th July 2012.

Currently i am working as NGOs Projects monitoring and Evaluation officer in SNNPRS Water Resources Development Bureau. So the field of study is very relevant for the future contribution of the country’s development and it enhances my capacity in the areas of expertise in future endeavor. Thanks for the update and i know this UEL programs i have been waiting for.
