What does the scholarship cover?
- An annual stipend of HK$331,200 (approximately US$42,460).
- A conference and research-related travel allowance of HK$13,800 (approximately US$1,760) per year for each awardee for a period of up to three years.
How many scholarships are given?
- 300 PhD Fellowships will be awarded in the 2024/25 academic year.

To qualify for this scholarship, you must:
- Be an international student.
- Have a master’s degree from a recognized university.
- Be a new full-time PhD student.
- Comply with the admission requirements of your selected university and program.
