10th September 2010

Dear Sir/ Madam

Ref: APPLICATION FOR TUITION FEES ASSISTANCE.

I am Gasper Ernest Mchaki, a Tanzanian student from a poor single parent family, i.e. mother only; who engages in small scale farming. She cannot pay my tuition fees.

I did O’ level Education at Kibaha Special Sec School (2001 to 2004), and A’ level at Umbwe High School in Moshi (2005 to 2007), then I joined the Collage on September 2007.

During First year studies i got sponsorship from Mr. Amos Makala and Hon. Yusuph Makamba a tanzanian who sponsored me only for that year. Now on November this year I am getting to second year.

I don’t have a government sponsorship because of the type of course which I am studying to be out from the list of the courses which are sponsored by the Government here in our Collage.

The tuition fees are TSH: 1,625,000/ per year equal to US $ 1,160. Also after completing my second year studies I’ll go for Field work so I ask your financial assistance to cover my field studies training expenses during that time

The payment mode is 60% which should be paid before the commencement of semester one and remaining 40% in the 2nd semester.

Also I ask for your support on;

  • Meals Allowance
  • Medical Allowance
  • Books & Stationeries & other related materials to support my studies as indicated in tuition fees structure enclosed with this letter.

Don’t hesitate to inquire any further information you may need.

It’s my hope that you will support my request.

NB:

I HAVE ATTACHED FEES STRUCTURE AND AN INTRODUCTION LETTER FROM THE INSTITUTE.
