I am in Africa. My home country as well as citizenship is Ethiopia but live in Sudan as a refugee. I have been awarded B.A (Honor) degree from the University of Juba, College of Arts and Humanities, Dept. of English language in the beginning of 2010 year. I have been looking for free scholarship grant oversea to raise my competence through Masters education. I am interested in fields of study like international relationships, peace and development, human resources, sociology or (areas of social and developments field).
