• Outlines the types of scholarships available to Senegalese nationals wishing to study in Belgium or in the countries of the subregion as Morocco, Niger, Senegal, Mali or Burkina Faso.
• The selection criteria are stringent and the number of scholarships awarded annually is limited. It is therefore unnecessary for people who do not meet the basic conditions listed in the brochure submit their candidacy. A scholarship application submitted does not necessarily mean that this scholarship will be granted.
• The scholarships or training of the DGCD be financed within the framework of bilateral cooperation between Belgium and Senegal. They are implemented by the Belgian Technical Cooperation (BTC). They are awarded in priority areas of cooperation: Water and Sanitation, Health, Agriculture and Food Security, Micro-finance and Decentralization.
