i can not afford to take the SAt or any kind of international exam that will prove that i have sufficient English to take courses abroad. if there is anything i can do that will help me avoid this problem, i will really appreciate it.

A Japanese student study in American school in Bangkok, scored full mark 100% in maths in SAT result last year had a total of 2030 points, will be graduated high school in end of May 2012, How can he apply for your university with scholarship?
