I am a south Sudanese and a student studying in Uganda. I completed ‘A’ LEVEL and obtained 20 points i.e physics-C, economics-B, mathematics-C and entrepreneurship-A. but my sponsorer has been incapacitated financially hence she is not able to raise the university tuition.
